Move Out Day

Well, the day finally came...moving out. The kids went to base childcare and the packers came. We were so blessed to have a family team that treated our stuff with care and a great moving team on the second day. It really makes you take stock in what's important when you see all your worldly belongings packed up on a truck. You look around at your family and say...this is all I truly need. Having said that, we were very greatful when all of our stuff arrived in MD in one piece. One lamp was lost to the "moving" gods, but that was a small price. We are well on our way to unpacking. We have met some neighbors (I already had to borrow a socket set). They seem extremely nice. The neighborhood is quite with lots of kids. Some woods behind the houses seem like a very popular play area. Keep us in your prayers as we try to settle in. We miss everyone so much already. OCF and the Grace Community family was such a huge blessing. You really showed us the body of Christ. God bless...more later
